At Maltbys' Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
